Well, this is it. This is GHGC's very own web site and we'd like to know what you think and if you have any ideas that you would like to see included (or excluded for that matter). Just click on 'add a new message' below and let us know what you think - go on, start writing, you know you want to!!
Feedback is so important. If you view the website and pass on without comment we, or to be more accurate I, as the webmaster will never know what you really think of it or what you want from it. In fact it doesn't matter if you're a member or not, if you're interested enough to read the site then I'd like to get some feedback. Every day, I check at least once, more often it's two or three times to see if anyone's written in. Go on, make me happy, 'add a new message' now or fill out the form on the feedback page - good or bad, positive or negative, it's hearing that matters. Thanks.
Oh, just one other thing, do let us have your email address so we can let you know when we update the site. Details are on the Register Update page.

Do you bore your better half with tales of soil and seed-sowing? Do you nag the neighbours about their poor recycling habits? If this is you and you have a bit of time on your hands - then you might like to join a group of like-minded individuals that make up Suffolk Master Composters.
What are Master Composters?
Master Composters are community volunteers who in return for training and support, act as composting ambassadors in their local neighbourhood. MCs help raise awareness amongst the wider public of the benefits of composting, to encourage more people to compost at home and to support those who already participate in home composting to ensure that they are successful in their efforts. The aim is to help the public succesfully produce their own soil improvers, which will in turn help reduce the amount of organic waste going to landfill.
It is recognised that people’s attitudes and behaviour can be strongly influenced by other people around them, such as family, friends, neighbours or work colleagues and it is for this reason that Master Composter volunteers can provide a unique role in educating the public.
The first Suffolk Master Composter Foundation Training session is a 2-day training course being held at Thornham Field Centre at Thornham Magna near Eye in Suffolk, on Wednesday 31st October and Thursday 1st November between 9am and 4.30pm on the Wednesday and 10am and 4.30pm on Thursday.
